As an experienced leader and leadership trainer in commercial, public and non-profit organisations, I can help you create solutions to you or your team's challenges.
I work with individuals and leadership teams who need help finding time to think, define their team strategy and build a culture of responsbility within their organization.
I work with individuals, especially emerging leaders and leaders in small- to medium-sized organisations to grow their skills and help them create healthier and happier teams.
I help leadership teams and team leaders who feel stuck identify new ways to lead positive changes so their teams or organizations can move forward with a stronger sense of purpose and direction.
I'm an ACC-accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation, and have a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.
